On my post Realizing I am Mid-Size, I spoke about my struggle shopping as a “mid-size” woman and how I will be focusing more on mid-size fashion. I lucked up last season and bought this Forever 21 jumpsuit size 0X) that was originally $22.50 on sale for $12, with an additional 50% off the sale price. When people ask me how I am able to find clothes for so cheap, I always stress to them that I love shopping sale items when there is an additional percentage off. In fact, I rarely buy anything full price or that does not make me feel like I am getting more bang for my buck. For styling, I layered this thrifted men’s denim button-down with a pair of $10 heels I caught on sale at a local boutique. Every time I go thrifting, I always end up getting a bunch of men’s button downs, which are perfect for spring/summer layering! Although I was self-conscious when I first noticed I was now plus size, it is comforting to know that I can still find the same great deals as I did when I was thinner. I definitely recommend saving your money and only shopping when there is an additional 50% or more off of sale. You will be amazed at how many items you can get at such a low price.
XOXO,
